Pasta con la zucca

I’m staying at my parents for a few days, and my dad has just made one of my favourite dishes for this season.
Butternut squash in cubes
Pancetta (we used speck)
Gorgonzola cheese
Parmesan cheese
While you wait for the water to come to boil, put the pancetta in a pan add the butternut squash and cook until soft. Add the Gorgonzola (or something less strong if you prefer)
When the pasta is cooked add it to the pan, serve with Parmesan.
