Getting motivated
I’m going to start saying that I feel immensely blessed because I have a job that I love and wouldn’t change it for anything else!
I think most of us are prone to moan and look at the negatives in our lives so sometimes it’s important to start listing all the good things we have. I’m not a “natural positive “ person myself, I really have to work hard to stay in the “looking for the rainbow 🌈 “ state of mind! If I left my mind to wonder the glass will always be half empty 😂.
So how do I get motivated?
I try and be active, walk, run and exercise. Get as much endorphins as I can! Eat well, but also allow myself to indulge every now and then. Life is too short to live without cakes 🎂 (or gin!).
And wearing something that I like always helps! Something that makes me feel good, stylish , comfortable, confident…(depending on the day I have ahead of me!).
I absolutely love helping my clients to build a wardrobe of versatile pieces that you wear over and over again. And seeing the smile on their faces when they try something they really like it’s great, and that give me lots of boost and motivation to carry on!
The last 15 months have been such a rollercoaster 🎢 of emotions for everyone. And I think my lifeline has been having my business and pouring all my energy into making it work during this crazy time!
