CROSTATA (jam tart)

This is one of my son’s favourite (apparently I don’t make it often enough!!)
2 eggs
300gr flour
150gr caster sugar
150ml veg oil
1 tea spoon baking powder
Vanilla essence
Jam (any type or if you want you can use Nutella 😋)
Make a dough then roll it (I use baking paper and then I transfer it to the dish) cover with jam bake in a preheated oven at 170 for about 20 minutes
Perfect for a snack after school, mid morning with your coffee and in Italy we have it for breakfast!!
