All delivered items are shipped via Royal Mail from our Hampshire, UK studio, using a TRACKED Service.

If you have selected LOCAL PICK-UP you will receive a notification with pick-up details, once it is ready for collection.

All orders are packed by hand and ready to be shipped within 2-3 business days from order date.

We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Select delivery or collection when at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection.

For delivered items, estimated delivery times apply from dispatch date (these are not from order date). Please see delivery timeframes below.

All UK orders over £50 are shipped for FREE with Royal Mail TRACKED delivery.

HELP! ORDER SHIPPED, BUT NOT YET RECEIVED:

In the unlikely event an item does not arrive within the delivery timeframes, we'll do everything we can to help. Please contact us at the soonest opportunity.

Please note: Replacements or refunds will be dealt with once 30 working days has passed from shipping date. This allows time for any missing parcels to be returned back to us via the return address on all parcels.
