Returns & Exchanges

Returns 

• We happily accept Product Returns/Exchange Requests. 

• Please ensure any returned items are in their original condition. 

• You have 14 days to return any full price item from the date you received it. We cannot offer an exchange after this time.

• You have 7 days to return any sale item from the date you received it. We cannot offer an exchange after this time.

• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 
• Exchanges will be posted free of charge.

• Returns will be exchanged for an item of same value or a refunds.

We are not able to refund return postage costs, except where a wrong item is received or the item was damaged on arrival.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
